CHANGE — the NOVELty

—In the Summer of 2015 Jason wandered and slept on the streets of The World’s Original Skid Row —Downtown Eastside of Vancouver, Canada.

The question of ASKING FOR CHANGE on the streets was broken down, when he travelled to Biennale di Venezia /European Cultural Centre /Personal Structures in 2019 to offer the electronic payment by hand on the streets. The begging has been legalized with every transaction, taxes being paid to the government of the Netherlands.
